The Multifamily Development Manager will lead the full cycle of multifamily real estate development projects, from site acquisition through design, construction, and lease-up to final project stabilization. The Development Manager will oversee all aspects of development, including project feasibility, design, entitlements, budgeting, financing, construction management, and coordination with third-party consultants, contractors, and government agencies.

This role requires strong leadership, project management, and financial acumen to ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent projects within budget, on schedule, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in multifamily real estate development, including ground-up construction, site planning, entitlement processes, and property stabilization.

We are seeking a Project Manager of Construction (Multifamily) to join our General Contractor team. You will be responsible for managing construction of our ground-up development projects from permitted plans to buy-out to close out.

Must be able to read and interpret plans

Complete take-offs and prepare project specific scopes

Complete buy-out and subcontract contracts

Must know costs/pricing

Prepare schedule and manage 3 week look-ahead

Overall management and coordination of construction projects

Work with development team to review plans during development process and prepare preliminary budgets

Qualifications (required):
